Tennis club denied extra floodlighting

West End Lawn Tennis Club has been denied permission to put up nine floodlight columns, council papers reveal.
Harrow Council dismissed the appeal mounted by the Cuckoo Hill Road club in Pinner to add the illumination to two of its courts last year.
