Owners of Harrow Weald ex-newsagents want booze licence

The owners of Ash News convenience store in Long Elmes, Harrow Weald - the former Martin McColl newsagents - have lodged a new premises licence application with Harrow Council to serve alcohol to customers between 7am and 11pm Monday to Saturday and from 7am to 3pm on Sundays.
