West End Lane flats all set for approval
AN APPLICATION for a controversial block of flats has been recommended for approval by Harrow Council.
If the planning committee approves the plans on Thursday February 23 a large block of nine flats will be built at 69, West End Lane, Pinner.
A previous application, which objectors and residents say was very similar to the current design, was refused in January 2010.
The site is currently home to an empty nursery building with a large garden, but the new plans are for a modern block of flats with underground parking.
